About Janet

Janet Baxter is a yoga and hypopressive teacher. An interest in yoga led her to teacher training and from there her yoga journey evolved. Originally trained in Hatha yoga and then by what happened in her own life. Falling pregnant and having two kids the journey took Janet to train in pregnancy and post natal yoga. Janet founded BubbaYoga in 2011 where she specialised in pre and post natal yoga. Janet also teaches general adult yoga classes, hypopressive, workshops and retreats.

Janet enjoys living an active life which wasn’t always possible due to injury and illness. Her yoga and hypopressive practices helped to get her life back and stay on track.

Janet is passionate and grateful to share the health benefits of yoga and hypopressive.
